We are thrilled to announce that our esteemed founding partner, Passawan Navanithikul, has received the certificate from the Director Certification Program (DCP) Class 358/2024 from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD) and achieved the highest score in her class. On Friday, September 13, 2024, she attended a celebratory event for DCP graduates held at the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. This event provided her with a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow directors from seven other DCP cohorts.
Passawan is a partner specializing in banking and finance, distinguished for her involvement in high-profile, innovative transactions and recognized as a leading performer in her field. She provides counsel to blue-chip corporations as well as local and international banks. Her practice encompasses domestic and cross-border finance, acquisition finance, project finance, energy, real estate, infrastructure projects, and asset-based lending facilities. Clients consistently commend her for her extensive expertise, analytical acumen, meticulous approach, and profound commercial understanding, which enable her to effectively balance commercial and legal risks. Director Certification Program (DCP) is a course designed to help company directors understand their roles, duties, and responsibilities in overseeing the organization.
