SRPP advised GMM Grammy Public Company Limited in a sale of media content business to The One Enterprise Co., Ltd and the appointment of the One as an exclusive distributor to market GMM25 airtime.

The transaction is led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natira Siripun (Senior Associate) and Thannawat Apitukkakul (Associate).
