GMM GRAMMY's acquisition of 9.99% shares of ROJUKISS

SRPP advised GMM Grammy Plc. on its acquisition of 9.99% shares of Rojukiss International Plc. In June 2021, GMM exercised its right under the option agreement to to acquire 9.99% of the total shares of ROJUKISS. The value of the transaction is THB 539.46 million.

The transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (founding partner) and Natira Siripun (Senior Associate).
