SRPP advised investment of Resonance Fund for 90% share acquisition of Resonance Taranimit Water Asset (Thailand) Limited, which conducts construction and operation of reclaimed water business with Ansell (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the major medical glove manufacturer).

The transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, Aimsarin Jirasatapananon and Punyanuch Paepuang.
