On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our esteemed founding partner, had the honor of lecturing the 20th cohort of Master of Accounting students in the AC701 course, "Accounting Implications for Business Integration," at Thammasat University. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Panuwat has been invited to teach in the Master of Accounting Program (MAP), a testament to his extensive experience and deep understanding of the legal business landscape.
Panuwat was requested to share his profound expertise on Legal Due Diligence and Legal Documentation in Deal and Closing. As part of the meticulously designed MAP curriculum, which aligns with global trends, his session aimed to empower students to optimize their future commercial decision-making processes. His emphasis on applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios resonated strongly with the students, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
