SRPP advised 'Dusit Thani' on the sale of 25% share in Dusit Foods to PTTOR

With a total transaction value of approximately THB 300 million, SRPP assisted Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (“Dusit Thani”) in the sale of 25% share of its subsidiary, Dusit Foods Company Limited (“DF”), to Modulus Venture Company Limited (“Modulus”), a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (“OR”).

Dusit Thani and OR intend to expand their lifestyle-related company, with a focus on food industry.

Dusit Thani is a Thai worldwide hospitality firm that operates in five segments: resort and hotel management, property development, food and beverage, education, and hospitality-related services. In response to increasing consumer demand, Dusit Thani is currently looking to expand its food production.

PTTOR is a Thailand's leading gas station operator, having a station network extending across the country and beyond. OR's non-oil sector, led by its in-house coffee brand ‘Cafe Amazon’, has steadily produced higher net profit. In addition, it sells jet fuel, lubricant, asphalt, and other petroleum products.
