SRPP advised OR on its $4 million investment in GoWabi

SRPP assisted Modulus Ventures Company Limited (Modulus), a subsidiary of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), on its acquisition of shares in GoWabi (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

GoWabi is Thailand's leading platform that collects everything about beauty and health services in one place. Users may simply locate information, examine discounts, reserve and pay for services online. It is consistent with OR's business strategy, which aims to enhance the consumer lifestyle ecosystem. There is also software on GoWabi that assists thousands of service providers in better managing their businesses.

OR has invested a total of $4 million in this acquisition, proving its desire to connect offline businesses to digital organizations for its clientele. In modern society, where the wellness industry has a substantial market value and growth rate, OR also seeks to maximize the potential for consumer satisfaction. The collaboration between OR and GoWabi will support SMEs and Wellness service providers in expanding their growth potential, in line with OR's "Empowering All for Inclusive Growth" aim.
