SRPP acted as the Thai legal advisor for EIKEI Group (Cayman) Co., Ltd. (“EIKEI Group”) on its application for a primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”) which has been submitted on 27 June 2024, aiming to raise funds of TWD 197,500,000 through this listing. This marks it as the first foreign company to submit an application to the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) this year.. This achievement underscores SRPP’s commitment to supporting international clients in navigating complex financial landscapes and fostering cross-border business growth.
Led by Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law, who acted as the international deal counsel of EIKEI Group on this transaction, our assistance to EIKEI Group mainly focused on the Thai law aspects of the transaction.
EIKEI Group, established in 2007, operates in the electronic material and logistics services sector, specifically for the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry. Their services encompass a range of offerings, including printed circuit boards, electronic components, warehousing, and industrial control services. EIKEI Group is known for providing advanced electronic material solutions to industrial users. As part of their IPO registration, EIKEI Group has been recognized for its growth and expansion efforts. The company has a total of 132 employees and has been backed by venture capital investment, with CTBC Venture Capital being a notable investor. The IPO was announced on June 26, 2024, marking a significant milestone for the company as it seeks to expand its operations and create value for shareholders while maintaining its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
This transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Nadthanij Sutthent (Associate), Thunyaporn Pattarapipatkul (Associate), Rung Rudeenorawate (Associate), and Poondarik Tayawitit (Associate). Lee & Li acted as the lead deal counsel and the Taiwanese legal adviser for EIKEI Group on this transaction.
