SRPP acted as the Thai legal advisor for Green River Holding Co. Ltd (“Green River”) for its fundraising of TWD 363,000,000 through the issuance of new 11,000,000 shares in Taiwan.
Led by Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law, who acted as the international deal counsel of Green River on this transaction, our assistance to Green River mainly focused on the Thai law aspects of the transaction.
Listed on the Taipei Exchange (TPEx: 8444 Green River) , Green River is a well-established manufacturer endeavoring to utilize rubber wood in various aspects of this industry. Besides great achievements in the sawmill business, Green River is one of leading producers of engineered wood-based panels in Asia. As one of important economic crops in Thailand, rubber wood creates sizable revenue to the country each year. Green River succeeds in building up a powerful network with rubber wood vendors in southern Thailand and founding the cornerstones of competitive advantage: sustainable natural rubber forest resource.
This transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner) and Pasinee Jiravitawat (Associate). Lee & Li acted as the lead deal counsel and the Taiwanese legal adviser for Green River on this transaction.
