We are delighted to announce that our SRPP has been awarded the Thailand Law Firm Awards 2022 by the Asia Business Law Journal for restructuring and insolvency practices. We are thankful for the recognition by the Asia Business Law Journal and for the support from our clients and employees.
SRPP is an independent national law firm that provides progressive and industry-leading legal and regulatory relations advice to our clients domestically and globally. The firm was founded in August 2019 by Somboon Kitiyansub, Rittichai Ngodngam, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee and Passawan Navanithikul, who have vast experience working with global and national law firms for more than 20 years.
We specialize in advising on both in and out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations. Our team have engineered many landmark transactions with satisfied outcomes for the clients, in particular during the Tom Yum Kung financial crisis in 1997. We advise on and structure a wide variety of transactions, including tender and exchange offers, “amend and extend” amendments to financing documents, pre-packaged bankruptcies, debt exchanges and distressed financing, distressed and post-reorganization M&A, resuming trading in the stock exchange, and special situation and rescue financing.
