SRPP is an independent law firm in Thailand, established in 2019 and managed by founding partners Passawan Navanithikul and Panuwat Chalongkuamdee. Over the years, the firm has been recognized for its achievements in practice areas, including banking and finance, as well as corporate law and M&A.

This year, SRPP celebrates its fifth anniversary, having firmly established its presence in the Thai legal market. The firm distinguishes itself by providing tailored legal advice on complex transactions, particularly those that span borders. The firm's banking and finance practice is led by founding partner Passawan Navanithikul, whose expertise is widely acknowledged. A notable example of her exceptional work is her role in advising Bangkok Bank on a THB 25 billion (USD 743 million) credit facility provided to Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand. This financing was key to Bangkok Bank’s equity investment in CP Retail, a major convenience store operator in Thailand, which facilitated the acquisition of Tesco Stores in both Thailand and Malaysia. The entire deal is valued at approximately THB 336.4 billion.
