SRPP’s Senior Partner were invited to speak at PTT on "M&A in Practice and Acquisition Finance"

Passawan Navanithikul shared her knowledge and insights on the "Fundamentals of Mergers and Acquisitions", with an emphasis on "Practical Guide to Acquisition Finance" while Panuwat Chalongkuamdee talked on "M&A – From Kick Off to Closing" at the same training. The conference drew about 140 participants, including on-site and online.

The training was organized by PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Thailand's fully-integrated energy company with leading position in exploration and production, transmission, petrochemical, refining, marketing and trading of petroleum and petrochemical products in both domestic and overseas and held at PTT Headquarters on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
